Why Unlimited Time Changes Everything
+
Most bodywork is billed by the hour. That creates a real problem: the practitioner has one eye on the clock, and the session ends whether the work is done or not. You get up half-finished and hope next time picks up where this left off.
The 12 Unlimited is different. It's a flat rate for the series, not for individual sessions timed to the minute. That means each session takes as long as it actually needs to take, usually 1.5 to 2 hours. If I'm in the middle of important work when the hour mark hits, I keep going. The work is done when it's done.
That also means I can go as deep as your body is ready for. No skimming the surface to fit a time slot. No skipping areas because we're running over. Real depth. Real change.
If you're going to invest in structural transformation, do it right. A rushed 60-minute session every few weeks isn't the same thing. This is the full protocol, done without shortcuts.
Movement Instruction in Every Session
+
Hands-on structural work reorganizes your fascia. But if you walk out and move the same old way, the patterns creep back in. That's why every session includes 5–10 minutes of movement instruction.
This isn't homework or a full workout. It's a few targeted cues and simple exercises that help your nervous system integrate the structural changes we just made, teaching you how to move in a way that supports your new organization instead of fighting it.
Over the course of the series, this adds up. You're not just reorganizing your structure; you're learning how to use it. That's what makes the changes stick long after the series is complete.
What the 12 Sessions Cover
+
The series follows the Anatomy Trains protocol, moving systematically through your entire fascial system in three phases.
Sessions 1–4: Superficial Layers
We start with the outer layers: front line (chest, abdomen, thighs), back line (spine, hamstrings, calves), lateral line (sides of the body), and spiral line (rotation and twist patterns). These sessions create initial ease and open the body for deeper work.
Sessions 5–8: Deep Core
This is where the significant structural shifts happen. We work the deep front line from feet to head, address the deep back and sacrum, and focus on the head, neck, and jaw. These are the layers that contribute most to chronic pain and movement restriction.
Sessions 9–12: Integration
The final four sessions integrate everything. Lower body coordination, upper body and torso, arms, and a final session that brings the whole system together. Your body learns its new organization and movement starts to feel different in ways that carry into daily life.
Adding Sessions in the Middle
+
Heads up on extra sessions
Occasionally the work calls for an additional session between two scheduled phases, for example, if something significant surfaces that needs its own time before we can move forward effectively. These extra sessions are not included in the $3,000 flat rate. They will always be discussed and agreed on before we schedule them.
This doesn't happen with every client. Most people move through all 12 sessions as planned. But bodies are complex, and sometimes a particular area needs more time before the next phase will land properly. Rather than rush past it or skip something important, we handle it right.
Think of it like a renovation. The scope is set at the start, but occasionally something unexpected shows up that's worth addressing properly. You'll always know about it in advance and have the choice to proceed.
Who This Is For
+
The 12 Unlimited is for people ready to address the whole system, not just one problem. It works well for:
- Chronic pain that hasn't resolved with other treatments
- Postural issues that have built up over years of desk work or repetitive movement
- Old injuries that still affect how you move
- Athletes who want to move more efficiently and stay out of breakdown
- Anyone who wants lasting change rather than temporary symptom management
You don't have to be in pain to benefit. A lot of clients come in moving reasonably well and leave moving significantly better. The series improves function across the board.
This probably isn't for you if you're looking for a quick fix or aren't ready to commit to the process. The work is cumulative. Each session builds on the previous one. Spacing sessions too far apart or stopping partway through limits what's possible.
How Long Do Results Last?
+
Structural Integration creates lasting change. Unlike massage, which addresses muscle tension temporarily, SI reorganizes your fascia and alignment. Because we're changing the underlying structure rather than managing surface symptoms, the results hold.
Most people maintain results for years. Some come back for a tune-up session every 6–12 months. Others add movement coaching sessions after the series to keep building on the structural foundation. A few do a second series years later if life circumstances have created significant new patterns.
The movement instruction throughout the series reinforces the results. You're not just receiving passive treatment. You're learning to inhabit your body differently. That changes how you move through daily life, which keeps the structural work active.
Add Movement Training
Pair the 12 Unlimited with dedicated movement coaching sessions for deeper, more lasting results. Structural work reorganizes your fascia. Movement training teaches you what to do with it.
