The hands-on work, earned in person.
Personally mentored by Tom Myers, founder of Anatomy Trains, with one hundred and fifty-plus years of combined training from the field's most respected teachers. The structural integration and fascial work below took weeks or years of in-person training, supervised practice, and practical examination. The movement and nutrition certifications, some completed online, round out the practice with evidence-based programming.
Structural integration, the long way.
The foundation of my practice is Tom Myers' Anatomy Trains arc. A year of in-person training, personal mentoring with Tom, and teaching alongside him in the first course of ATSI under his direct guidance.

Studied directly with Sharon Wheeler (ScarWork, BoneWork, Cranium), Wojtek Cackowski (Face Zoga), and through Slings Myofascial Training. These are the hands-on specialty trainings most practitioners never pursue.
ScarWork
Sharon Wheeler's original ScarWork method. Gentle, specific hands-on technique for releasing and reorganizing scar tissue across the fascial web.
BoneWork
Sharon Wheeler's BoneWork training. Works with the periosteum and skeletal system to address restrictions that surface bodywork does not reach.
Cranium
Sharon Wheeler's cranial training. Hands-on work with the bones and membranes of the skull to address whole-body patterns that root in cranial restriction.
Face Zoga
Training with Wojtek Cackowski in the Face Zoga method, hands-on fascial work for the face, jaw, and neck focused on posture, expression, and TMJ patterns.
Slings Myofascial Training, Level 3
Advanced certification in the Slings system, integrating fascial-chain theory with functional training to program around myofascial patterns rather than isolated muscles.
