Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Rock Your Body website (rockurbody.com) or any services provided by Rock Your Body LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Rock Your Body provides structural integration and movement education services in Santa Cruz, California. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Structural integration sessions
• Movement education and training
• Corrective exercise programming
• Consultations and assessments

Not Medical Advice

We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical treatment. Any information provided on our website or during sessions is for educational and informational purposes only.

Booking and Appointments

Appointments are scheduled through our third-party booking platform. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate and complete information when booking
• You will arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
• You will notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a $50 cancellation fee

Payment Terms

All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All fees are listed in U.S. dollars
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
• Package and series pricing is subject to change, though purchased packages will be honored at the original price
• We do not store your payment card information on our servers

SMS and Text Messaging Terms

Program Description

When you provide your phone number and consent, Rock Your Body LLC may send you SMS/text messages related to appointment scheduling, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, reschedule notifications, and follow-up messages related to your sessions.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder, and follow-up). On average, expect 2 to 10 messages per month depending on how often you book sessions.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Rock Your Body LLC does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your ability to book or receive services.

Consent

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or medications before your session
• Communicate openly during sessions about your comfort level and any pain or discomfort
• Follow any pre-session or post-session recommendations provided
• Complete all required intake forms accurately and honestly
• Treat our practitioners and staff with respect

Informed Consent

By booking and attending a session, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Structural integration involves hands-on manipulation of soft tissue and fascia, which may involve varying degrees of pressure
• Movement education may involve physical exercises and activities that carry inherent risks
• Some temporary soreness, discomfort, or emotional responses may occur following sessions
• Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed
• You have the right to stop or modify any session at any time

Assumption of Risk

You understand that structural integration and movement education, like all bodywork and physical activities, carry inherent risks including but not limited to soreness, bruising, muscle strain, or aggravation of pre-existing conditions. By using our services, you voluntarily assume these risks and agree that Rock Your Body LLC is not liable for any injury or adverse outcome that may result from your participation in our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law:

• Rock Your Body LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for any actions, errors, or omissions of third-party service providers, including booking and payment platforms

Intellectual Property

All content on the Rock Your Body website, including text, images, graphics, logos, blog posts, and educational materials, is the property of Rock Your Body LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• Interfere with or disrupt the website's functionality
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the site without permission

• If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Cruz County, California
• Any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action
• Small claims court actions in Santa Cruz County are exempt from the arbitration requirement

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall take place in Santa Cruz County, California.

Severability
