Hip Series. Unstick the whole system.
A focused four-session protocol designed to address hip dysfunction, pain, and movement limitations. Most hip issues are not just about the hip joint. They involve the pelvis, lower back, legs, and core. The series addresses the whole system that affects hip function.
Four sessions, one clear arc.
Opening the Pelvis
Release restrictions in the pelvic floor, psoas, and hip flexors. Create space and mobility in the hip joint. Address fascial restrictions limiting hip movement.
Leg Lines and Integration
Work the deep lateral rotators, IT band, and leg lines. Balance the relationship between pelvis and legs. Address compensation patterns that keep the hip locked.
Movement Integration
Teach proper hip mechanics. Retrain movement patterns. Ensure the structural work translates to functional improvement in daily life.
Consolidation
A final pass to consolidate the new organization, refine any areas still catching, and hand you a clear plan for maintaining hip function outside the series.
Who the series is for.
Four sessions works well as a first taste of the work, a standalone hip focus, or a strong lead-in to the full 12-Series. If any of the following fit, start here.
- + Hip pain at the front, side, or back of the joint
- + Limited hip mobility or flexibility
- + Groin strains or recurrent injuries
- + Lower back pain that traces back to the hip
- + Athletes wanting more efficient hip function
