Why 60-Minute SI + 24 Training?

This package is built for people who want maximum movement coaching volume alongside the structural integration work. The SI sessions are 60 minutes, efficient and focused, and the training sessions run twice as long as the entry-level combo.
With 24 movement sessions spread across 12+ weeks, we have time to build real movement skill. Not just reinforcing the SI changes, but developing strength, coordination, and functional patterns that carry into sport and daily life.
If movement education is as important to you as the structural work, this package gives you the volume to actually get good at it.
How Does It Work?

12 SI Sessions (60 min each): We work through the complete Anatomy Trains structural integration protocol from superficial to deep and back through integration. Each 60-minute session focuses on one phase of the protocol.
24 Movement Sessions (60 min each): Two movement sessions per week alongside the SI series. This gives your body consistent, high-frequency movement input. We can work on foundational patterns early, progress to loaded strength work in the middle, and refine sport-specific or functional skills in the final phase.
Schedule: One SI session per week, two movement sessions spread through the week. Frequent enough to build real skill, spaced enough to recover.

How the SI and Training Work Together

The structural integration work creates the conditions for better movement. When your fascial organization changes, certain patterns become easier and others become unnecessary. The movement sessions are timed to take advantage of that.
Early in the series, we work on fundamental movement patterns that support the superficial structural changes. In the middle phases, we add load and complexity as the deep core work creates a new structural foundation. In the integration phase, we work on sport-specific or functional patterns using the full structure we've built.
By the end, you've had 24 sessions to develop movement literacy alongside the structural reorganization. That's enough time to genuinely change how you move.
