Why 90-Minute SI + 12 Training?

This package gives you the same session count as the entry-level combo (12 SI sessions + 12 training sessions) but with 90-minute SI sessions instead of 60.

The extra time matters. With 90 minutes per SI session, we're not cutting anything short. We can finish what we start in each phase, go deeper into the tissue, and spend more time on integration before you leave. Sixty-minute sessions work, but 90-minute sessions let the work breathe.

The 12 movement sessions reinforce the structural changes between SI appointments. You learn how to use your new organization instead of defaulting back to old patterns.

How Does It Work?

12 SI Sessions (90 min each): We work through the complete Anatomy Trains structural integration protocol. Sessions 1–4 address superficial layers. Sessions 5–8 go into the deep core, spine, head, and neck. Sessions 9–12 integrate everything. Ninety minutes lets each phase get the attention it deserves.

12 Movement Sessions (60 min each): One movement session per week, typically in between SI sessions. We work on the patterns and skills your body needs to hold and build on the structural changes. Strength, coordination, mobility, and functional movement based on what your body actually needs.

Schedule: One SI session per week, one movement session in between. Your body gets consistent input without being overloaded.

  • Want deeper SI sessions than 60 minutes allows
  • Have chronic pain, old injuries, or significant structural imbalances
  • Want movement coaching alongside the SI work, but don't need double sessions
  • Are ready to commit to the full 12-session protocol

60-Minute vs. 90-Minute SI Sessions

Sixty-minute SI sessions cover the essentials of each protocol phase. They work. But the 90-minute format changes what's possible.

With 90 minutes, we can address secondary restrictions that come up once we've opened the primary area. We can spend more time on areas that need it without shortchanging the next phase. And we have time for a proper body reading at the start and movement feedback at the end of every session.

For most people with complex patterns or significant structural work to do, 90 minutes is the better choice. The work gets done properly, and you don't spend half the session catching up from where we left off.

How Long Do Results Last?

Structural Integration creates lasting change because we're reorganizing the tissue and alignment, not managing symptoms. Most people maintain results for years.

The movement sessions are a key part of that. They teach you how to move in a way that supports the structural work rather than undoing it. That changes your daily patterns, which keeps the changes active between sessions and after the series ends.

Some clients come back for a single tune-up session 6–12 months later. Others use the foundation from the series as a starting point for ongoing movement work.
