What to know before you start.
When 30 minutes makes sense
+
Thirty-minute sessions work best when you already know the work. You've done the assessment, you understand your patterns, and you need focused time to reinforce new movement strategies.
They're also ideal when your schedule doesn't allow a full hour but you want to stay consistent. Consistency beats duration every time.
If you're brand new, start with 60-minute sessions so we have time for a proper assessment. Once you know the terrain, 30 minutes can be plenty.
What we can cover
+
In 30 minutes, we can work on one or two focused movement patterns. That might be a specific warm-up sequence, a corrective exercise progression, a mobility drill for a problem area, or refining technique on a lift.
It's not enough time to do a full-body session, but it's more than enough to make meaningful progress on a targeted goal. Quality over quantity.
Single-session booking
+
A single 30-minute session is $100. These are available through the current clients booking for people already in the system.
If you're new, start with a free consultation or a 60-minute session so we can set things up properly.
