What to know before you start.
When you need more time
+
Some goals just need more room. If you're working through a complex injury history, addressing multiple compensation patterns, or combining bodywork with movement training, 90 minutes lets us do justice to the work.
This format is also well-suited for athletes who want to integrate warm-up, corrective work, and performance training in a single session.
If you've been doing 60-minute sessions and feel like we're always running out of time, this is your format.
What the extra time gives you
+
With 90 minutes, we can do a thorough assessment, work on multiple movement patterns, and still have time for training. There's less rushing and more room to explore what your body needs.
The extra 30 minutes often makes the difference between addressing symptoms and getting to root causes. If you want to go deeper, this is where that happens.
Single-session booking
+
A single 90-minute session is $270. These are available through the current clients booking.
If you're new, a free consultation is the right first step before scheduling an extended session.
