Semi-Private Training
Same great training, more affordable
Small group, real coaching. Three people max, forty-five minutes, staggered starts so you still get hands-on attention. The same assessment-led training I run in a private session, at a price built to keep you coming back week after week. It's the closest thing to private coaching at a third of the price.
Single sessions and packs
Prepay a single session or a pack and book your times after checkout. Every session is $90 whether you buy one or ten. If you already train one-on-one with me, join anytime; new clients start with a Body Systems Check. Prefer to pay in person? Book a spot and settle up at the session.

What to know before you start
Same training, more affordable
+
The work does not change. Same assessment-led coaching, same corrections, same standards I hold in a one-on-one session. The small-group format is what brings the price down, not the quality of the attention.
At $90 a session, this is the most affordable way to keep training with me week to week. Same great training, lower cost.
Why the staggered start
+
Three people, but you do not all walk in at once. Starts are staggered across the first fifteen minutes, the first person at the top of the hour, the next around five to ten past, the third around ten to fifteen past.
That spacing is deliberate. It lets me set each of you up individually, check in on how your body is doing that day, and dial in your opening movements before the next person arrives. By the time all three of you are working, everyone has had a one-on-one moment to start from.
How a session runs
+
Capped at three people. Forty-five minutes. Each person on their own programming, all in the same room, with me moving between you the way I would in a private session.
You get the focus of coached training and the energy of working next to other people who take it as seriously as you do. It is a different feel from training alone, and a lot of people find they push a little harder for it.
Who it is for right now
+
If you already train one-on-one with me, you can join semi-private anytime. I know your body and your patterns, so I can put you in a small group and coach three people at once without anyone getting lost.
New to me? Start with a Body Systems Check. That ninety-minute assessment is how I learn how you move and what you are working with, and it is all I need before putting you in a small group. Once we have done it, semi-private is open to you.
