The off-season reset

Twelve sessions, framed for the only window that fits them

Off-season is the only stretch of the year your body has the bandwidth for structural change instead of maintenance. The reset is the 12-session ATSI series framed for that window. Done right, you head into your next competitive block on a body that has been reorganized, not just rested.

Why off-season is the window

In-season, your body is in maintenance mode. The training load and the recovery load fight for the same bandwidth. Off-season is when that constraint lifts. The tissue has the capacity to take in real work and the time to integrate it.

Twelve sessions, eight to twelve weeks, then you build into your competitive block from a reorganized baseline. This is the same logic the longevity-focused pros operate on, and it is what serious athletes increasingly use the off-season for instead of just resting.

What the reset is

Anatomy Trains Structural Integration. A 12-session series that reorganizes the fascial system in a defined sequence:

  • Sessions 1 to 4 (Sleeve). Open the superficial layers. Restore the breath. Free the surface lines.
  • Sessions 5 to 8 (Core). Work into the deep front line, the psoas, the diaphragm, and the deep fascial structures.
  • Sessions 9 to 12 (Integration). Bring the system together. Refine sport-specific movement. Lock the new organization in.

What changes by the end of the series

  • Mobility that does not come back with foam rolling alone
  • Asymmetries that have been creeping back for years
  • "Tightness" that has nothing to do with muscle length
  • Recovery time between hard sessions
  • Sport-specific positions that have been costing extra energy

Most clients hold the change for years. The reset is not something you repeat every off-season. It is a one-time project that sets a new baseline.

Sport-specific framing

The series itself is the same across sports. The framing varies. Which patterns to expect, which fascial lines tend to be loudest, which off-season window applies. The sport pages cover the specifics:

Program Questions

Questions, answered

How is this different from regular off-season recovery?

+

Rest restores. It does not reorganize. A winter off the bike, a quiet stretch between race blocks, or a few months of lower volume lets tissue calm down, but the underlying patterns wait. The short deep front line, the locked T-spine, the asymmetric hip. They come back when training picks up. The structural reset is what changes the patterns themselves, not just the load on them.

How long does it take?

+

Twelve sessions over eight to twelve weeks. Sessions run 75 to 90 minutes. You leave session twelve with a body that has been reorganized, not just maintained.

When in the off-season should I start?

+

As soon as competitive volume drops. The earlier in your off-season window you start, the more time you have to build on the reorganized structure before the next race block. If you have eight weeks of off-season, start week one.

Can I train during the series?

+

Yes. Most athletes train through the work. We time deeper sessions so they do not land before your hardest workouts.

What if my sport does not have a clear off-season?

+

Most sports have a quieter stretch even if there is no official off-season. Climbers between projects. Skaters between filming. Grapplers between tournaments. We work in whatever window your training year actually has.

Is this the same as the 12-session series?

+

Yes. The structural reset is the 12-session ATSI series framed for athletes who want to use their off-season to do deeper work than rest alone delivers. The program itself is the same. The framing is sport-aware.
